There’s a new Music Director in town! David L. Torres, MM. David is a fountain of inspiration who will lead the Santa Ynez Valley Chorale into Fall rehearsals and an exciting Christmas Concert.
The Chorale Board was so enthusiastic about hiring him that we have changed our rehearsal night to Mondays, 7-9 p.m. at the LDS Church starting September 12. Yes, that’s Monday, September 12. We hope you will be able to join us to experience the musical leadership of this talented Conductor. We will be welcoming new and old members through October.
The Executive Committee of the Chorale met with David to begin planning the music for our Christmas Concerts, and he has some thrilling and heart-warming ideas for program. He is also excited to revive some favorites from our music library.
Concert dates are December 3rd and 4th
Dues are $50 per semester, and scholarships are available.
